Amy M. McKinlay, Esq.

Amy McKinlayMs. McKinlay received her Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from the Capital University Law School, Columbus, Ohio, in 1996. While in law school, Ms. McKinlay was a Member of Order of the Curia and the Capital University Law School Law Review, and finished in the top ten percent of her graduating class. She also served as a judicial extern in the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas, Division of Domestic Relations. Ms. McKinlay was admitted to the practice of law in the State of Ohio in 1996 and to the United States District Court, Southern District of Ohio, in 1997.

Since 2007, Ms. McKinlay has been certified by the Ohio State Bar Association as a Board Certified Specialist in Family Relations Law. She has also attained the Martindale-Hubbell AV rating (highest rating attainable).

In addition, Ms. McKinlay was named by Law and Politics as an Ohio Super Lawyer “Rising Star” six times between 2005 and 2011, a designation bestowed upon the top “up-and-coming” attorneys in Ohio.  In 2015, Amy joined Law and Politics’ list of Ohio Super Lawyers (a group comprised of approximately five percent of the total number of attorneys in Ohio).

Ms. McKinlay is a member of the American Bar Association (Family Law Section), Ohio State Bar Association (Family Law Section), and the Columbus Bar Association (Family Law Committee).  She has also lectured on a number of family law-related topics, including discovery procedure, settlement strategy, and valuation and division of complex assets.

Kerry E. Hageman-Froelich, Esq.

Kerry Hageman-Froelich
Ms. Hageman-Froelich received her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Akron School of Law in 2009. Upon graduation she was awarded the National Association of Women Lawyers Award for the Outstanding Law Graduate of the University of Akron 2009. Ms. Hageman-Froelich was admitted to the practice of law in the State of Ohio in 2009.

Ms. Hageman-Froelich is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and the Columbus Bar Association.
